What is the Agency War Plan?

The war plan is the written document with specific actionable steps to execute over the next 90 days to achieve your result.

What kind of results should I expect from building a war plan?

That depends on what you want, and that’s what’s really cool about this. Are you trying to solve a problem in your agency? Then this plan will be designed to help you tackle that problem in a strategic way.

Who builds the plan for me?

You’re going to build the plan over the course of 5 days. We’ll start by identifying the bottlenecks and then help you create the plan.

Will Mike & AJ review my plan at all?

YES! Once you’ve created your plan, you’ll submit it to us. We’ll meet with our team to review it and then provide you with personalized feedback.

When does it start?

Monday at 9am Pacific.  It's just ONE hour each day, for 5 days.

Will there be recordings if I miss it or can’t make it at that time?

You’ll have access to the workshop videos for 2 weeks after the challenge ends. VIP members get lifetime access to challenge recordings (we recommend going through this process every 90 days).

Is there a limit to the number of people in this training?

Yes. Since there is a manual review of each plan that is created there is a limit on the number of people that we can invite into this training. If the link still works, we still have room. Once we fill up, we will close the registration page.

How do I get access to the Challenge?

When you complete your purchase, you’ll receive email(s) with instructions on how to access the training.
